When our Japanese rep called and said Vogue Japan would like House to design the cover and holiday gift wrap insert for their December issue, we thought woven typography might fit the occasion. Inspired by bouclé fabrics and tartan plaid textiles, the ‘gift’ pattern constructed from Photo-lettering’s West Italiano proved to be a fashionable and festive holiday choice.
